   Tired of running? Try swimming, cycling, or even dancing. The key is to keep things interesting so you stay consistent.  

Hydration and Recovery: The Often-Forgotten Pieces - Cardio can be exhausting, and if you’re not hydrating or recovering properly, you’ll burn out. Keep a water bottle handy during workouts, and make sure to stretch afterward to avoid soreness. Small steps like these can keep you motivated and consistent in the long run.
